Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries using Zendesk ticketing system and Freshdesk CRM, manage inbound calls through cloud-based call center software, resolve technical support issues via live chat platforms, process customer complaints using case management tools, maintain service level agreements (SLA) with 95% first-call resolution targets, and provide product support for enterprise software clients. You'll work with international clients from the US, GCC, and Pakistan using professional communication tools and customer relationship management systems.
