Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is responsible for providing technical support and problem resolution related to the mechanical and electrical components of generators and associated auxiliary systems. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, field teams, and engineering departments to ensure reliable operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning support.

As part of a multi-disciplinary engineering environment, the role also offers opportunities to broaden expertise across gas turbine and steam turbine operational systems.
