Job Summary

We are seeking a technically proficient Customer Support Engineer to provide Expediting Support to our Sales team, with a focus on pneumatics systems and applications . The role is responsible for managing technical queries from customers, handling expediting requests, and ensuring the on‑time delivery (OTD) of both sold products and in‑house manufactured items. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically strong, and capable of translating customer requirements into timely deliverables.
