We’re building AI agents that run restaurants end-to-end: procurement, staffing, marketing, pricing, menu management. Everything short of cooking and serving the food itself. Our goal is to take the guesswork out of operations and empower owners to run fully optimized businesses and bring their restaurant’s vision to life (i.e. Restaurant 2.0).

The Role

You’ll be assigned one or two restaurant accounts. You’ll understand their data and their pain points. When something is wrong, you fix it within the hour. Restaurants generate messy, inconsistent data—ingredients get mislinked, categories drift, new items don’t map correctly—and you keep the platform bulletproof despite all of that.

Constant proximity to the customer is what makes this role so important. You’ll see what is broken, confusing, and missing before anyone else does—and use that to shape what we build next, how the experience works, and where the product goes.
