About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Manager to join a leading organiser of large-scale B2B exhibitions and live events.

This is a highly client-focused role where you'll be the main point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience before, during and after each event. You'll work closely with clients to help them maximise the value of their investment while supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of well-established industry exhibitions.

Working alongside the Sales, Marketing, Content and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in managing the exhibitor journey, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
