Respond to platform support requests and resolve application-related issues
Triage bugs and collaborate with engineering teams on issue resolution
Build user-facing documentation to reduce recurring support inquiries
Identify product improvement opportunities based on recurring support patterns
Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and empathy in written interactions
What We Re Looking For
- Strong experience in debugging modern web applications and SaaS platforms
- Strong experience in React, Node.js, Flask, Next.js, or similar technologies
- Strong experience in technical customer support for web-based products
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp
- Excellent written English communication skills with a customer-focused approach
