Support manager in ongoing projects and ad hoc daily administrative work
Assist in tasks such as testing systems and automations where necessary
Construct meaningful dashboards using internal data sources in increasing accessibility and insights to productivity and opportunities for operational efficiency
Assist the manager to develop, implement and monitor practice of quality expectation and service standards of the team
