  • Construct meaningful dashboards using internal data sources in increasing accessibility and insights to productivity and opportunities for operational efficiency

  • Assist the manager to develop, implement and monitor practice of quality expectation and service standards of the team

  • Support the manager in troubleshooting business challenges, exploring and implementing necessary enhancements or rectification
