Qualifications / Requirements:

✔With or Without BPO Experience

✔ High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

✔ Open to freshers and career starters



Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with account inquiries and concerns

Provide accurate information and quality customer service

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Maintain proper customer records and documentation
