Ensure proper claim handling for Packaging Material (PM) and Additional Material (AM);
Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in PM and AM supply chain service levels using the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) to ensure smooth order processing;
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly related to customer satisfaction;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of finished goods inventory levels;
Availability to work on a temporary contract for 10 months;
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent;
2-4 years of experience in a similar role;
