Customer Service Representative (Norwegian-speaking) – On site – Electrical Automotive Industry – XM01


As a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (On-site), you will be part of a team supporting electric automotive brands.


What you will do in this role



  • Take incoming customer contacts (telephone, email, chat & other automated alerts) and solve user demands.

  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide a response and resolution within SLA.

  • Maintain service and product knowledge for applications specific to individual customers.

  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

  • Provide coverage for other Agents in their absence, within the same team or across teams.

  • Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime.

  • Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor to keep service perform...
