Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Process and manage order entry, including order changes, tracking, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and order status
- Coordinate closely with production, shipping, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and support logistics processes
- Help coordinate with carriers, freight providers, and customs (as needed) for domestic and international shipments
- Maintain and update customer and order data within internal systems
