About the Role
Key responsibilities:
With location in Munich, Germany, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our business. You will be key in servicing our CCM and Jackson Ultima business by support and advise on customer service matters within the regions. You will be part of the European customer service organization and report directly to the Customer Service Manager for CCM Hockey EU. Your main responsibility will be to sell, support and guide our reorder customers through incoming and outgoing sales activities through our digital tools, mainly telephone and email.
