The Customer Service Assistant provides high level administrative support for the LivaNova Customer Service Organisation. Skilled in administrative and communication tasks and reporting to the Customer Service Senior Manager for Northern Europe, the role is part of International Operations including Contract and Pricing Teams for UK & Ireland primarily and also the activities relating to LivaNova UK Ltd Commercial support for North Europe.
Essential Job Functions
- Activities including but not limited to that are Focused on Contract and Pricing Admin and Quality (not expert): Contracts and Tenders and Price. Administration for Tender completion for CP and support for NM. Prepare Manual Price Quotations. Monitoring dates for commercial contracts. Contract Archiving and Digital Archiving.
