Responsibilities
- Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
- Strive for good customer satisfaction and experience and ensure all calls are handled professionally based on the quality guidelines set by the client.
Requirements
- Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Full‑time availability, 48 hours per week.
- Live in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo, or Jamundí.
