Position Overview
Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a persuasive and expert communicator to support our growing Service Department. The ideal candidate will have inside sales experience, as this is a customer facing position that will require constant contact with our client base.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will qualify and set all appointments for our Service Technicians. The CSR will ensure that our service routes are always full, and built for success. They will also support the operation by answer client questions and concerns, and helping to find reasonable resolutions.
