As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide quality and efficient customer service to all BearCom customers, both external and internal. One centralized front door into BearCom, with the result being to obtain more business from the customer through satisfaction!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering and responding to incoming customer calls/inquiries. Respond to correspondence that may come through via e‑mail and/or fax.
