Handle customer requests received by phone, email, or fax, including pricing inquiries, documentation needs, and issue follow-ups. Draft and prepare quotes for representatives (m/f), ensure their approval, and send them to customers. Maintain and update representatives’ (m/f) price lists. Provide administrative support to representatives (m/f), the administrative department, and company management. Rotate with other team members to answer incoming calls and ensure proper routing of communications. Forward any customer-related issues to the appropriate departments, including complaints, billing errors, or delivery delays. Perform any other related duties as required.
