What you’ll be doing:

  • You are responsible to managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing information about products and services,

  • Follow up with customer to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.

  • Stay update on company product and services, educate customer on products features and benefits to enhance their experience.

  • Work closely with other departments to address customer needs.
