Position Summary
A Customer Service Manager coordinates front-end operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. The role is also accountable for maintaining compliance with company programs and operational standards.
What You’ll Do
- Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, e.g., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft.
- Handles customer and Associate concerns and provides guidance as required.
- Monitors all Front End associates ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks and providing assistance to outlying registers.
- Provides training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, e.g., scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety.
