About the Role


  • Coordinate and consolidate transport orders and manage the dispatch planning overview

  • Identify and secure freight capacity using online tools, freight exchanges, and the ERP system

  • Operate and manage freight platforms such as Timocom and Teleroute

  • Negotiate transport rates, assign shipments to carriers, and share required documentation

  • Resolve transport issues, including complaints and invoice discrepancies

  • Monitor pick-up and delivery times and adjust transport orders when delays occur

  • Inform customer service and sales teams about problematic loading or unloading locations

  • Track market developments, maintain the carrier network, and prepare analyses to improve the transport network
