Responsible for corporate account in terms of responds to service requests, inquiries and complains over the phone, via e-mail, or in person Provides solutions and information to concerns. Preparation and standardization of documentation, reports and proposals given to clients. Ensure maximum goodwill from all transactions. Performs monitoring activities such as follow-up with customers on job progress and to gather information necessary to process orders thoroughly. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline Minimum 2 years working experience in related field in similar industry Able to answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
