Customer Service Executive

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Ability to read and write Cantonese will be a plus
• SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
