About the Role

Collaborate closely with the GTM team to build and deepen relationships with key customer stakeholders—not only for efficient order management but also to stay informed about future demand forecasts. Additionally, nurturing these relationships will facilitate smoother collection follow-ups Managing and ensuring OTIF achievement. End-to end Order to Cash process, receiving purchase orders, PO acknowledgements, SO creation, Managing SO dates, invoicing and follow up for payments.

  • Planning of dispatches, End-to end co-ordination with warehouse team on packing and dispatches.
  • End-to end co-ordination with transporters for executing dispatches.
  • Invoicing in ERP, ensuring GST compliances of E-invoicing and e-way bills.
  • Regularly following up with customers to ensure collection of dues in time. Involving GTM in case of need for escalation.
