About the Role

Qualifications

: - Diploma in any field Requirements : - 2 years customer service experience in relevant industry (Preferably Component selling industry).

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and exceptional follow-up capabilities. Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

- Required training: sales and marketing related subjects, ISO 9001 Awareness and Internal Audit.

- Preferably a candidate residing in Kulim, as the role will be based at our customer's factory in Kulim.

- The candidate will be required to travel to our Penang office to attend weekly staff meetings and on an as-needed basis.

- Preferably possesses basic technical knowledge, such as the ability to understand engineering drawings or to sketch simple drawings. Job Descriptions : 1. Manage the RFQ process-prepare quotations within 24 hours.
