About the Role

JOB SCOPE

  • Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.

  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)

  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
