JOB SCOPE
Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
