The Customer Service Co-ordinator plays an important role within the organisation. You will provide administrative support across a range of sales-related activities, including order management, customer account maintenance and ensuring effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for customers by preparing quotations, responding to enquiries, processing orders, and providing updates on deliveries and schedules.
