Job Summary

Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join Agilent Technologies, a multicultural and customer‑oriented environment. The role requires native/professional Dutch and professional‑level English, used daily to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow‑ups in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
