About the Role

Responsibilities

Ensure action plans for compliance to quality indicators: MDR, FFR, Scrap, DCR's, etc. Coordinate and develop Quality Assurance Engineers, technicians and quality inspectors. Ensure compliance with our integrated management system. Manage the training process for the quality and compliance area or technical competencies according to the Quality strategy (Phoenix). Ensure compliance with process strengthening strategy to address high severities of our FMEA's. Support and direct UL loss resolution. Coach for documentation of 8 D's, deviations, FMEA's, 6sigma projects. Communicate with the Line of Business and Safety Committee on critical product performance issues (quality).

Qualifications

Professional career in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical or Mechatronics. Strong leadership, analysis, decision‐making, collaboration and negotiation skills. Advanced management of the management system, FMEA, 8 D's, Control plans, PPEP, Process C...
