Your Contribution

  • Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness.

  • Handle and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely feedback and resolution.

  • Communicate customer-specific requirements to the factory and ensure alignment.

  • Propose and implement action plans and remedial measures to address quality issues.

  • Coordinate 8D problem-solving teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Organize internal and external sorting activities in case of discrepancies or non-conformities.

  • Support customer and certification audits, including preparation and follow-up.

  • Initiate and drive improvements based on audit findings.

  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain quality documentation, statistics, and reports.
