Customer Programs Manager is the essential link between Customer, Sales, R&D, Factory, external partners, and other related departments in the whole project phase from order to delivery. Customer Programs Manager manages multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, collaborating with intercontinental cross-functional teams and B2B customers.
