Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to customers through digital communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Assist customers with basic technical issues using provided scripts and guidelines.
• Identify and escalate priority issues through the proper channels.
• Achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company and client.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall customer experience.
