What You Will Do

• Review purchase orders and communicate with customers (dealers) to ensure accurate entry and timely fulfillment of customer requests.
• Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers using the ERP system and customer purchase orders.
• Create order headers for orders by quote or orders with drawings for Order Analysts to review.
• Complete all paperwork and required online documentation for Tayco installations.
• Communicate any questions on orders by quote or orders with drawings to customers to obtain the correct information for Order Analysts to process.
