Customer Experience & Events Coordinator

  • Organize visits for customers, partners and guests, including agendas, meetings, hospitality and logistics.
  • Support corporate events, customer events and open houses, from planning to on‑site coordination and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate trade shows, working with suppliers and the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of customer‑facing activities, collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and event processes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event coordination, customer experience, hospitality or a similar role.
