Manage end-to-end customer order process: quotations, order entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination
Communicate with customers on orders, availability, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate shipments, prepare all shipping and compliance documents
Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams
Maintain accurate CRM and order data
Resolve customer issues, claims, and escalations in a timely manner Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferably BPCS, 1C, CRM tools)
Understanding of logistics, documentation, and trade compliance processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
