Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience (Supervisory Level)
  • Customer/Client Service Experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.

Responsibilities

  • Provide constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are properly attended to on time and in the best way possible
  • Create modes of operations that will make customer service easier for team members and customers
  • Provide feedback on performance of team members to management for staff evaluation and reward purposes
  • Monitor performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their loose ends
  • Provide assistance to team members experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by giving personal coaching
