About the Role

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat messages in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, or policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escape complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and system updates.
