About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order‑to‑delivery process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will act as the key link between customers, supply chain partners, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and uphold service excellence.

  • Manage end-to-end order processing from order placement to delivery
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics (3PL), and transporters to ensure timely deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, disputes, and issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate Actual Delivery Date (ADD) updates before month-end closing
