Join our team as Customer Advisor and give a chance to your soft skills to a make the world a better place. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
Computer skills including software's and tools
Good analytical and organizational skills
Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break) What do you get from us?
