About the Role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in NPI, customer program management, or product engineering within electronics or automotive industries

Preferred Skills

  • Strong customer-facing and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, validation testing, and industrialization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • PMP certification is an advantage
  • Background in EMS or Tier 1/2 Automotive; FPC/PCB knowledge is a plus
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, IATF 16949
  • Proficient in MS Project or similar tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
