About the Role
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains the cleanliness of a facility and the surrounding grounds to meet customer and client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to perform major janitorial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming (using a 25lb. vacuum daily for 3 to 4 hours), wet mopping, sweeping, dusting, and emptying trash (lifting waste paper and debris-minimum of 55lbs.)
- Cleans and disinfects drinking fountains, restrooms, including floors and all fixtures (i.e.: Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Mirrors, Partitions, and Counters).
- Fills dispensers and stocking supplies in restrooms.
- Wash Windows and Sill (Door Glass).
- Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as necessary to meet events and facility schedules.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently, as well as regular bending and standing as needed in a daily shift.
