**Culinary Meal Coordinator**

**POSITION SUMMARY: The Culinary Coordinator performs all functions related to proper food preparation, food service, food storage, and maintenance of the cold cases with adherence to all ServSafe protocols. Responsibilities include inventory management, cleaning, meal planning, ensuring food quality and presentation, as well as interacting with guests in a service-oriented manner. All aspects of the position must comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, safety and sanitation procedures.**

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**

+ Collaborates with team regarding meal planning and menu development with a focus on cost controls and utilizing local food products.
