Culinary Compliance & Training Manager

This role requires 3–5 years of experience in luxury cruise or 5-star hotel culinary administration, along with strong knowledge of HACCP and USPH standards. Excellent English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is preferred. Key responsibilities also include procurement management and cross-department communication to maintain high service standards.
