As a Culinary Assistant / Ham Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation (ham and cheese samples), maintaining strict quality control, and ensuring kitchen equipment and tools are utilized safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily preparation, portioning, and handling of ham and cheese products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation in compliance with standard food safety regulations.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain commercial kitchen tools, knives, and equipment.
