About the Role
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a CT Tech for their Fairfield, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Performs C/T examinations in accordance to established protocols.
+ Assists and instructs patients prior and during examinations.
+ Responsible for evaluating each study to ensure it meets required quality standards.
+ Responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations.
+ Responsible for inspecting and cleaning equipment prior to use.
+ Reports to radiology supervisor all equipment failures and/or malfunctions.
+ Reports all patient complaints, discrepancies and drug reactions according to Q.A. policies.
+ Responsible for processing images, organizing paper work and completing charges.
+ Works in other areas of the department such as radiology, ultrasound, etc.
+ Organizational standards for Joint Commission, Patient Safety and the Department of Heath will ...
