Actively codes and has strong expertise in native Android and iOS, with React Native experience being a plus.Hands-on coding experience – Must be actively coding, not just managing teams.
Strong Native development expertise – Solid experience in both:
Android (Kotlin/Java) – Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack, and Play Store guidelines.
iOS (Swift/Objective-C) – Deep understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, and App Store policies.
React Native proficiency – Experience with the React Native framework, including performance optimization, debugging, and third-party integrations.
Mobile architecture knowledge – Experience in modular design, state management (Redux/MobX), and bridging native modules in React Native.
CI/CD and DevOps awareness – Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and release pipelines for mobile apps.
