We’re looking for aCRO superstar to join the team of a Spanish multinational commercial bank and financial services company to help improve the engagement ratio of its users. The purpose of this role is to define, analyze and optimize online performance by suggesting appropriate change and improvements to customer experience and in return driving profitable sales.
Perfect for someone with experience across conversion (CRO), A/B testing, and data (strong testing and data-led mindset). – You will own the customer journey!
Responsibilities
- Plan & implement the customer experience strategy (CRO) to drive improvements & maximize sales.
- Create a user experience that leads to conversion and a continued relationship between brand and customer.
- Lead A/B testing and optimization plans.
