Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English ,
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM configuration, workflows, and automation) ,
- Experience building and managing integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware/iPaaS tools ,
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data platforms used for analytics and reporting ,
- Solid understanding of engineering best practices, including version control (Git), change management, and documentation ,
- Strong knowledge of growth, sales, and revenue operations, with an understanding of how CRM design impacts forecasting and business decisions ,
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders ,
- Nice to have: Python; dbt/ELT concepts; orchestration tools (Dagster/Airflow); governance/compliance tooling ,
