About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in on‑premise and online environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and enhancing CRM systems to meet evolving business needs.
This position offers you the opportunity to work with public agency IT teams of Singapore and AvePoint R&D team to complete customer-related CRM project.
What you will be doing
- Set up and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on‑premise and online) environments, including system settings, security roles, and data integrations.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 workflows, business rules, and process automation to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose CRM‑based solutions, and support workshops and solution reviews.
