About the Role
Work Responsibilities: Lead ICU rounds, manage ventilators, shock, sepsis, etc. Handle invasive procedures like central lines, intubation. Manage emergency cases with multi-organ failure. Ensure ICU documentation and shift handover. Work with ID, pulmonology, nephrology teams. Typical ICU Procedures: Intubation Ventilator Management Central Line, Arterial Line Insertion CPR/Code Blue Handling Qualification: IDCCM/EDIC/MD Anesthesia/Medicine with ICU training. Requirements Skill: Endotracheal Intubation, Central Venous Catheter Placement, Arterial Line Insertion, Chest Tube Insertion, Dialysis, Sedation and Analgesia Management, Ventilator Management , Ultrasound-Guided Procedure, Emergency Resuscitation (CPR), Fluid Resuscitation.
