Job Description
Crew Planning & Deployment
- Develop and execute effective crew planning strategies to ensure timely and cost‑efficient manning of all vessels.
- Oversee crew rotations, relief planning, and contract management to meet operational schedules.
- Ensure optimal crew utilization while minimizing overtime, travel costs, and off‑hire risks.
Crew Performance & Development
- Implement performance evaluation systems for seafarers.
- Identify training needs and coordinate career development and succession planning for officers.
- Support leadership development and promotion pathways within the fleet.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with principals.
- Provide regular crewing reports, analytics, and forecasts to senior management.
